Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 · Live on Zoom
Online algebra tutor
ROH Tutoring offers live Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 tutoring on Zoom for middle and high school students, in small groups of up to 3 ($30 per 60-minute session) or 1:1 ($50 per session). We start with a diagnostic, because trouble in algebra usually traces back to one or two missing skills.

- Cancel anytime
- Weekday afternoons & Saturdays
Signs your student could use help
- They can follow an example in class but can’t start a problem on their own
- Negative numbers, fractions, or distributing still cause mistakes
- Word problems are hard to turn into equations
- Homework looks fine, but quiz scores are lower

Questions
Common questions
My child did fine in pre-algebra but is struggling in Algebra 1. Why?
Algebra 1 builds new skills quickly on top of old ones. A small gap that was manageable before, like negative numbers or fraction operations, can start breaking every problem. The diagnostic finds it.
How many sessions a week?
Most students do 1-2 sessions a week to start, then adjust as grades settle.
Do you follow our school’s curriculum?
Yes. Bring the current unit, homework, or test review, and we’ll work from it. That includes Common Core courses.
