Website Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are
This website (the “Site”) is operated by ROH Tutoring, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in California. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Related policies
Use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use, Website Disclaimer, Website Privacy Policy, and Website Accessibility Statement, each incorporated by reference. If you enroll in tutoring, the Enrollment Agreement also applies.
3. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about ROH Tutoring’s services and lets families book a call and complete enrollment. Enrolled students also use a private practice page on the Site (the student portal), opened with a private link. Families and students do not create accounts or passwords; families handle scheduling, invoices and changes with ROH Tutoring by email. You agree to use the Site only for these purposes.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Enrollment Agreement. In short: you can cancel anytime, and any unused paid sessions are refunded at the per-session price you paid. Unused paid sessions also expire 6 months after purchase and are refunded automatically. Sessions already held, and sessions counted as used because of late cancellation, a no-show or a conduct violation, are not refundable. Refund requests: hello@rohtutoring.com.
5. Cancellation policy
Parents/guardians must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled session to cancel or reschedule without losing that session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are counted as used and are not eligible for a refund or make-up session, except at ROH Tutoring’s sole discretion in cases of genuine emergency. The Enrollment Agreement also explains late arrivals and technical problems.
6. Sharing policy
- Session links: Zoom links and other session access we send you are for your household’s use only and may not be shared with any other family or individual.
- Content sharing: Materials, worksheets, recordings, and other content provided through the Site or during sessions are for your family’s personal, non-commercial use. They may not be redistributed, posted publicly, resold, or shared outside your household.
- Session recording and sharing: No portion of a live session — video, audio, whiteboard content, or chat — may be recorded, screenshotted, or shared publicly without ROH Tutoring’s prior written consent, and, where another family’s child appears or is discussed, that family’s consent as well.
- Referrals: Nothing in this section prohibits you from telling others about ROH Tutoring or sharing publicly available marketing materials.
7. No accounts
The Site has no parent or student accounts, logins or portal. You book a free call through the booking calendar, complete enrollment through the personal link we email you, and handle scheduling, invoices and changes with ROH Tutoring by email.
8. No guarantee of results
Tutoring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grade improvements, or test results. See the Website Disclaimer for full detail.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and tutoring materials — is owned by or licensed to ROH Tutoring and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with receiving our services.
10. Site availability
We aim to keep the Site available and functioning but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may suspend or update the Site for maintenance or operational reasons.
11. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to or integrate third-party tools (Zoom, FluentBooking, Found, and others). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ROH Tutoring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Website Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If you have a concern or dispute, please email hello@rohtutoring.com first so we can try in good faith to resolve it informally. For tutoring services, the dispute resolution and governing law sections of the Enrollment Agreement apply.
