1. Who we are
This website (the “Site”) is operated by ROH Tutoring, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in California. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Related policies
Use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use, Website Disclaimer, Website Privacy Policy, and Website Accessibility Statement, each incorporated by reference. If you enroll in paid coaching services, the Group Coaching Services Agreement also applies.
3. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about ROH Tutoring’s services and, for registered users, access to the parent dashboard and student portal. You agree to use the Site only for its intended informational and service-access purposes.
4. Refunds
Refunds for purchased coaching session packages are governed by the Group Coaching Services Agreement: any sessions in a package that have not yet been used may be refunded on a pro-rated basis; used sessions, and sessions forfeited due to late cancellation or a conduct violation, are non-refundable. 5. Cancellation policy
Parents/guardians must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled session to cancel or reschedule without losing that session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are counted as used and are not eligible for a refund or make-up session, except at ROH Tutoring’s sole discretion in cases of genuine emergency.
6. Sharing policy
- Account sharing: Your account and login credentials are for your household’s use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other family or individual.
- Content sharing: Materials, worksheets, recordings, and other content provided through the Site or during sessions are for your family’s personal, non-commercial use. They may not be redistributed, posted publicly, resold, or shared outside your household.
- Session recording and sharing: No portion of a live session — video, audio, whiteboard content, or chat — may be recorded, screenshotted, or shared publicly without ROH Tutoring’s prior written consent, and, where another family’s child appears or is discussed, that family’s consent as well.
- Referrals: Nothing in this section prohibits you from telling others about ROH Tutoring or sharing publicly available marketing materials.
7. Accounts
Parent/guardian accounts are required to access the student portal, dashboard, and to book sessions. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
8. No guarantee of results
Tutoring and coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grade improvements, or test results. See the Website Disclaimer for full detail.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and portal materials — is owned by or licensed to ROH Tutoring and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with receiving our services.
10. Site availability
We aim to keep the Site and portal available and functioning but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may suspend or update the Site for maintenance or operational reasons.
11. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to or integrate third-party tools (Zoom, IXL, FluentBooking, and others). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ROH Tutoring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Website Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, subject to the arbitration provisions in the Group Coaching Services Agreement where applicable.
